"Returning it was actually easy"
I ended up having to return my order, and I was expecting it to be a whole thing, but... it wasn’t. Support got back to me quickly, the return was simple enough, and the refund came through without any drama. So yeah, happy with how it all went.

"Mine Didn't Hold Up Long"
I was disappointed with this. Mine broke after about two weeks of use, so it definitely didn’t feel sturdy to me. I expected it to last a lot longer

I just went for the exchange quickly without overthinking it, and it turned out totally fine. The swap was quick, everything worked like it should, and I didn’t run into any issues.

"Prices just felt too high"
I was browsing doyoky.com and, the prices kind of threw me off. A few things looked nice enough, but it felt like the site was charging more than it really should, and the total started climbing way too fast.
Maybe some people are fine with it, but I couldn’t help feeling like they’re overpricing stuff a bit. I’d probably just look somewhere else and find something similar for less.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping was really slow. I get that delays happen, and it’s not even about having to wait a little longer, but the tracking barely updated for days and I had no idea what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated. Not sure I’d order again if delivery is going to take that long.

I ordered from doyoky.com the delivery was fine. I know some people expect everything to show up instantly, but in my case the tracking updated after about a day and the package arrived within the timeframe they gave. The box had a small dent, but nothing inside was damaged, so I’m not going to make a big deal out of that. It wasn’t the fastest delivery ever, but it was reliable and I didn’t have to chase anyone for updates. I’d use them again as long as I’m not in a huge rush.

"Pretty much like the pics"
I ordered the bag and yeah, it looked close to the photos. The size and color were right on, just the material felt a little different than I thought it would. Not a big deal tho.

"Feels cheaper than I expected"
I really wanted to like it, and I’m not usually super picky about fabric, but this just felt rough and thin right away. I figured for the price it would at least be comfortable, but it wasn’t. Disappointing.

"Nice look, not hard to like"
I’ve been enjoying the site so far. The style feels fresh without trying too hard, and the designs are clean and easy to look through. A few pages don’t load as smoothly as they could, but I can’t say I’m not happy with the overall experience.

I requested a refund and did get my money back in the end, though it took longer than I expected. Support was slow to respond, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually sort everything out. Overall, not the smoothest experience, but I’m glad it was resolved.

"Heads up: the sizing ran really small"
Just a warning for anyone ordering from Doyoky, I bought my usual size and even checked the size chart first, but it still showed up way smaller than I expected. Frustrating because I thought I was being careful.

The item looked fine overall, so it wasn’t a quality issue for me, but the fit made it basically unwearable. If you do decide to order, I’d seriously consider sizing up, though personally I probably wouldn’t take the chance again.

"Still waiting for support to respond"
I reached out to support and still haven’t heard anything back. It feels like my issue was just carelessly brushed aside, which is frustrating when you’re waiting for help.

"Easy to use and I’d come back again"
I found Doyoky.com easy to use overall. The pages loaded smoothly, and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around too much. A couple of things could be a little clearer, but it was still a good experience. I’d definitely use the site again next time.

"My order showed up crushed"
I was annoyed when my order arrived because the box was super flimsy and crushed on one side. I expected it to be packed better, but everything inside was just kind of loose with hardly any padding. Not exactly the experience I wanted after waiting for it

"Just didn’t feel as good as I expected"
I don’t know, I really wanted to like this because it looked great in the pictures, but once it showed up it just felt kind of disappointing. The material has a cheaper feel than I expected, and the stitching looked a little off in a few spots. It’s not totally unusable or anything, but for the price, it just doesn’t feel worth it to me. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Weird fit. Nope."
I really wanted to like it, but the fit was just too tight and kind of awkward on me. Comfort-wise, it wasn’t there at all. Meh

"Feels a bit overpriced"
